I. PERSONAL DATA
Generally speaking, it is possible to visit the Groupe CAN website without disclosing any personal information. In any event, you are under no obligation to disclose this type of information to Groupe CAN.
However, should you refuse to disclose such information, you may be refused access to certain information and services that you have requested on the site. As such, in certain cases, Gropue CAN may indeed be led to ask you to provide your surname, first name, email address, telephone number, company name and position (hereinafter your “personal data”). In providing this information, you expressly agree for them to be processed by Groupe CAN, and for the purposes outlined in point 2 below.

4. How long the personal data is retained
Your personal data will be retained by Gropue CAN only for the time needed to successfully collect the necessary information for the purposes outlined in point 2 above, and which, at all events, shall never exceed 24 months.
